With Dewhot you never have to worry about on-going support with your Geyser. Our website offers all the documentation you might require regarding your geyser. From technical specifications, through to choosing your unit and even a list of commonly asked questions. We have put together a variety of videos to help you, should you need “out of office hours support”. Alternatively if you cant self help, you can call one of our technical experts (Marcel) during working hours.
We always stock all the necessary spares you might need to fix your geyser. Our units have a 1 year repair or replace warranty but should you need to fix anything after this period you can order the parts directly from us. We can repair your units for you, alternatively we can also refer you tp the closest technician if applicable.
